Immoviewer is based in Germany and has an office in the US. They have been around since 2013. They claim to have 2000 brokerage partners in Europe. The interface in their VR experience doesn’t rate very highly, but this may not be that important, depending on who you ask. They provide features like webinar-style showings, blocking rooms, lead generation and user analytics. Immoviewer is the European market leader in virtual tours, and has joined the investment arm of the NAR (National Association of Realtors). They have also partnered with the CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage) in April ’17. They announced a partnership with KoaWare, a website builder for real estate professionals. The biggest complaints from photographers is that they charge monthly service fees which add up.
